Lamb meatballs with Chimichurri!
I think meatballs should be considered for daily consumption! You can make them out of any ground meat or vegetarian. The twist to this dish is the chimichurri aioli. Latin-style aiolis and chimichurris share a lot of the same ingredients and a couple tablespoons of homemade mayonnaise to this sauce levels it up into the aioli category.
