Sweet & Tangy tacoS!

A delicious tangy sweet marinade for flank steak blending the flavors of coriander, garlic, lime, and soy sauce. Serve with tortillas or over rice and top with braised cabbage, cilantro and onions. Yum!


Ingredients:


3 tablespoons coriander seeds, coarsely cracked

1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoon lime juice

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 pinch ground ginger

2 ½ pounds flank steak

Cup of chopped cilantro

1/2 onion, chopped

1/2 head of red cabbage Sea Salt Extra virgin olive oil
